Our recycled fabrics come in three beautiful qualities and twelve colours.
We’ve chosen them because they’re easy to care for and made from 100% recycled plastic bottles or textiles and will be fully recyclable at the end of their long lives.

We’ve made sure that they also feel soft, look gorgeous and are tough enough to survive daily life.

Eco Velvet: Naturally stain resistant, without using harmful chemicals and made from 100% recycled polyester from plastic bottles. This means less water is used than in the production of virgin polyester. Finished with a halogen-free fire retardant that is better for people and the environment. Knitted from yarns extruded from post-consumer PET bottles, Eco Velvet repurposes thousands of plastic bottles bound for our oceans or a life in landfill. Each metre of Eco Velvet reuses circa 30 x 550ml bottles. Through this – by using recycled rather than virgin polyester – not only are carbon emissions reduced by approximately 75%, energy consumption and water usage are reduced by up to 70% and 80% respectively. Cosy Threads: Naturally resistant to water-based stains and with the added benefit of an easy clean finish for extra peace of mind. Made from 100% recycled Polyolefin, collected from fibres that have been left over during manufacturing processes, and lined with a 100% recycled cotton, that enables it to pass our fire regulations with no chemical treatment. Cosy Threads is hard-wearing and warm to the touch. Available on everything in the Habbio range.

Zero Boucle: Naturally stain resistant, without using harmful chemicals and made from 100% recycled Olefin from garment waste. Zero water is used in the production of this fabric. Tactile and hardwearing, with a distinctive look, Zero Boucle is available on everything in the Habbio range.

Fabrics: Habbio fabrics are very robust and naturally stain resistant, without using harmful chemicals. Almost all household spills can simply be wiped off with a clean absorbent cloth or removed with a sponge, soap and a little water if necessary. Allow to dry naturally.

Frames & Springs: All Habbio frames and springs come with a 15 year guarantee.

Furniture Care: To keep your furniture looking good, it’s best practice to regularly plump and rotate cushions to ensure even wear and to vacuum surfaces regularly with a proper upholstery attachment.

Please avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight.

Recycled fabrics are much better for the environment. Making recycled polyester uses 70% less energy than making virgin fabrics and 90% less water than standard polyester.

Our fabrics start life as plastic bottles, so they help to reduce waste and keep plastics out of our oceans and landfill, where they could take 450 years to decompose.
